At Skyfattura, all our items are exclusively made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, we craft your item(s) individually, ensuring top-notch quality.

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

To estimate the arrival date of your order, please refer to the timeframe provided below including the following periods:

– Production Time: This is the period during which our factory crafts your order. Our production schedule might vary daily based on overall order volume.

– Shipping Time: This duration covers the time from when the package is handed over to the delivery company until it reaches your designated destination.

– International Shipping Charges: Please aware that when you receive your order,  you might be charged for additional fee by your local carrier (which cannot be controlled from seller side) depend on your own country regulations.

Note:

– During peak seasons, there’s a possibility that your parcel may arrive later than the initially expected delivery date. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate your understanding.

– For International Shipping: It will take around 10-14 business days  depend on products and country. `

– Because the product is made to order, it will be sent out immediately as soon as it finishes. Therefore, please be aware that your order might be separately shipped. We will handle the extra shipping cost to deliver every finished item to you in the shortest possible time.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! It will take 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means there is a delay in updating the information on the system, please do not worry.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please don’t hesitate to contact us for handling this for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

We can support by resending the package but you will need to pay extra fee for that (30% of the total cost) and this progress will take a long time

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method.
  • The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders (heavy shipping product) may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  • Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
  • International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologise for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
